History	Control Concepts, Inc. opened its Southern California operation in Anaheim, California, in 1991.
Business Summary	Control Concepts provides industrial control sales, service, repair, parts support, and system integration. We design, build, program, and commission drive and PLC systems, as well as custom control panels and enclosures, including UL 508 panels. Our team supports both modern and legacy industrial control systems, helping customers troubleshoot equipment problems, replace outdated components, modernize control systems, and improve equipment reliability.
Equipment Serviced	We provide field and in-shop service for AC drives, DC drives, soft starters, PLCs, HMIs, servos, timers and counters, temperature controllers, instrumentation, motor controls, and process-control equipment.
Field Service Coverage	Control Concepts provides field service throughout all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, with international service capabilities in Canada, Mexico, South America, and Asia.
Technician Training	Our technicians have formal electronics training and manufacturer-specific drive training, with hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial control equipment down to the component level.
Tools & Test Equipment	Our shop is equipped with three-phase 230/460V power, test motors, load-testing equipment, oscilloscopes, meters, hand tools, and other diagnostic equipment used for industrial control troubleshooting and repair.
Facility	Our Buena Park facility provides an air-conditioned technical work environment for in-shop troubleshooting, repair, testing, and equipment support.
Insurance	Control Concepts carries $5,000,000 in liability coverage, $1,000,000 in workers’ compensation coverage, and a $2,000,000 general aggregate. Certificates and complete forms are available upon request.
